$13,000 in merchandise taken from AT&T mall kiosk

Boardman police are investigating theft of $13,000 in merchandise from the AT&T store in the Southern Park Mall.

The merchandise was taken from the store and $100 in damage was done. The store manager discovered the felony theft just after 9 a.m. Wednesday.

The suspect or suspects went into the kiosk area, pried open a metal cabinet and took at least 20 Apple iPhones valued at $650 each, according to a police report. No arrests have been made.
