The Youngstown Bomb Squad was called to the Warren Community Services Building, 418 S. Main Ave. SW, on Monday. Mike Keys, the city’s community-development director, said he found a suitcase when he arrived at 7:30 a.m. and called Warren police, who advised him to have everyone evacuate the building.

The bomb squad found nothing dangerous and allowed workers to re-enter the building about 10 a.m.

An 18-year-old Bristolville woman reported being raped at her boyfriend’s home in the 1000 block of Eastland Avenue Southeast.

The woman said she went to sleep clothed Saturday while her boyfriend remained upstairs with friends. When she woke up at 3:30 a.m., a man was having sex with her, and she was naked.

The woman screamed and called police, and the man left the house. She was taken to St. Joseph Health Center for treatment.
