Youngstown Area Federation of Women’s Clubs Inc. will meet at 6 p.m. for dinner at Springfield Grille, 743 Tiffany Blvd. South, Boardman. Paul Witkowski will speak about pharmaceuticals, and the meditation will be by Jacqueline Burley.
