Austintown police investigating theft from shed

AUSTINTOWN

Several items were stolen from an aluminum shed behind a hotel over the weekend and was reported Monday.

The Best Western Meander Inn, 870 N. Canfield-Niles Road, reported that an unknown person or persons had cut the lock and entered a shed behind the hotel at 2 p.m. Sunday. They reported the break-in to authorities Monday once they inventoried what was taken.

A commercial paint sprayer, four ladders, one new commercial toilet, and two old heating and air conditioning units, were among the various items taken.
