Drum, chant event set at The Yoga Room

Jim Donovan will bring his Drum and Chant Workshop to the area at 7 p.m. Friday at The Yoga Room, 815 Youngstown-Warren Road, Suite 13, in the Niles Park Plaza.

Using drumming, toning and relaxation techniques, the workshop will aid to unblock, transform and increase your energy. You also will learn how to gain greater mental clarity, reduce fear and anxiety, create stress relief, unblock emotions, and open creative inspiration.

Drums are provided. No musical experience is necessary. The workshop is open to those 17 years old and older.
