Sponsors Classic Golf Association begins its 41st season on May 4 at Windmill Lakes Golf Club. The organization is seeking new members. Those interested may email scga@earthlink.net. Membership dues are $20. Entry fee for each tournament is $15. Other tournament dates and sites include: May 18 (Tamer Win Golf & Country Club), June 9 (Trumbull Country Club), June 29 (Candywood Golf Club), July 27 (Riverview Golf Course) and Aug. 17 (Tamer Win). The Aug. 17 date is the Chris Macaulay Memorial.

Yankeetts Women’s Golf League has openings for the 2014 season. Play runs from May 7-Aug. 27 at Yankee Run Golf Course. Cost is $30 to join. Weekly fee is $12.50 to walk and $15 to ride. Packard Electric Ladies Golf League registration is 1 p.m. on April 12 at Tamer Win Golf Course. Play begins May 12 at Tamer Win and May 13 Vienna Short Holes. The cost is $26 to join one division or $28 to join both. Bring cash or a check made payable to: The Packard Electric Ladies Golf League.
