Help HotLine's Navigator program gets grant

YOUNGSTOWN

The Hine Memorial Fund of the Youngstown Foundation has awarded a $34,500 grant to the Special Navigator Program of Help Hotline Crisis Center.

This program is for the parents and caregivers of children with diagnosed disabilities.
