Brookfield officials conduct schools drug sweep

BROOKFIELD

The Brookfield School District recently coordinated a drug sweep with the help of Brookfield Township police as part of a safety and preparedness plan.

Police Chief Dan Fustino and other patrolmen oversaw the sweep as dogs worked through lockers.

No contraband was found.

The main focus was to ensure student safety, according to school officials.
