Howland podiatrist charged with pandering obscenities

Howland podiatrist Bradley T. Jennings, 37, of Harvard Drive, was arrested Tuesday morning and charged with four felony counts of pandering obscenities.

The charges accuse him of possessing and disseminating child pornography on a computer. He is not accused of hands-on offenses against children or patients, said Geoff Fusco of the Warren Police Department.

Jennings is affiliated with a podiatry practice on Niles-Cortland Road just north of East Market Street, Fusco said.

Jennings will be arraigned Wednesday in Warren Municipal Court. If convicted, he could get more than 30 years in prison.

Warren police and the Trumbull County Crimes Against Children Task Force executed a search warrant at his home Tuesday morning and found images on his computer confirming what had been found earlier through use of Internet tools, Fusco said.
