Making Kids Count is in critical need of diapers for its diaper bank, and Feld Entertainment, producer of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, will help the organization by hosting a diaper drive Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon at Covelli Centre.

Families who bring an unopened package of disposable diapers will receive a free ticket voucher to see Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus presents “Legends,” which comes to Covelli April 25 to 28.

The vouchers may be redeemed for any performance. There will be a limit of 350 vouchers available, and a limit of two ticket vouchers per donating family.

“Making Kids Count distributes more than 4,000 diapers each month to agencies throughout Mahoning Valley,” said Jana Coffin, co-president. “Our goal is to collect at least a month supply of diapers during the drive with Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey.”

In conjunction with the diaper drive, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey hopes to remind people of its Baby’s First Circus program, which invites audience members under one year of age to attend the circus for free. Details and application information are available at ringling.com.

An hour before show time, families can come to the arena floor and participate in interactive, up-close circus experiences, the All-Access Pre-show and the brand-new Ringmaster Zone.

Free to all ticketholders, the All Access Pre-show allows fans to learn juggling and balancing skills, meet the performers, get autographs, take photos and enter to win a one-of-a-kind Pachyderm Painting.

The Ringmaster Zone is a VIP area that offers families an unprecedented look behind the curtain of the circus. Fans can step inside the Globe of Steel, take photos on the ringmaster’s float and have an up-close elephant encounter.

Show dates and times for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey presents Legends are April 25, 7 p.m.; April 26, 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.; April 27, 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.; and April 28, 7 p.m. Tickets are on sale at the Covelli Centre box office, all Ticketmaster locations, online at ticketmaster.com and by calling 1-800-745-3000. Prices range from $14 to $95.
