Circle of Friends offers activities for youth

YOUNGSTOWN

The Mahoning Valley Office of Autism Society of Ohio’s Circle of Friends invites 3- to 18-year-olds to participate in activities from 4 to 6 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month. Parents and other care providers can participate in the support group sessions.

Activities are as follows: Oct. 8, horse farm visit; Nov. 12, Youngstown State University Smarts Rhythm & Drum Circle; Dec. 10, YMCA Swim and Gym; Jan. 14, Studio Oxygen yoga class; Feb. 11, movies; March 11, “Born to Shop” at Southern Park Mall; April 8, Angels for Animals volunteering; and May 13, Boardman Park picnic.

Memberships in the program cost $50 per family annually and are available through Oct. 15.

Non-member participation is available for $20 per person per event if not sold out.
