Party celebrates Annie Hall's birthday

YOUNGSTOWN

Annie R. Hall, 82, of Youngstown, was born Sept. 12, 1931, in Brownsville, S.C.

A party to celebrate her life took place Sept. 21 at McGuffey Center, Jacobs Road.

She graduated from Latta Schools in Latta, S.C., and was married Sept. 3, 1989, in Austin, Texas.

Her husband is deceased.

She worked for Robert Hall and Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. in Youngstown.

She is a member of Metropolitan Baptist Church and East Side Crime Watch. She also is a member of the board of Gleaners Food Bank with Joe Lordi.

She was supervisor of block watches during the terms of Pat Ungaro and Randall Wellington, was head of the National Night Out for 13 years and of the community National Night Out for 21 years.
