Building collapses in India; dozens feared trapped

MUMBAI, India (AP) - A residential building collapsed in India’s financial capital of Mumbai early today, killing at least three people and sending rescuers racing to reach dozens of people feared trapped in the rubble. At least 25 people were rescued by late afternoon. Hundreds of onlookers cheered and chanted “baby, baby” as rescuers pulled a small girl alive from the rubble 11 hours after the collapse.
