MCCTC Bistro opens for dinner Tuesday

The Adult Career Center culinary students at the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center will open The Bistro at MCCTC for dinner service Tuesday.

Hours of operation will be Monday to Thursday from 5:30 until 8 p.m. through Oct. 24.

The students in the culinary and restaurant- management course have whipped up a menu of freshly prepared soups, salads, appetizers, entrees and desserts. New menu items will be added weekly, and daily specials will be posted on the Adult Career Center’s Facebook page at facebook.com/mcctcadulted.

For diners visiting the restaurant, no credit cards will be accepted. Parking will be available at the Door 30 entrance to MCCTC.
