Clark gets life sentence for murder of disabled man

WARREN — Richard Clark, who murdered a man who allowed him to stay at his house, has been given a new place to stay for the rest of his life.

Clark, 40, of Warren, received a prison sentence today of life with no parole for killing Dwayne Hickman, 49, who was disabled and used a walker.

Clark made no statement to the court or to Hickman's family.

Judge Ronald Rice of Trumbull County Common Pleas Court handed down the sentence.
