Youngstown school board has special meeting Thursday

YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown school board has set a special meeting in executive session for 5 p.m. Thursday in the board caucus room of the Irene L. Ward Building, 20 W. Wood St. Setting goals and expectations for the superintendent will be discussed.
