Boardman man's car, gun stolen

BOARDMAN — A township man is now missing his 10-millimeter handgun after he picked up a woman walking down Market Street around 10 p.m. Monday.

The man told police he found his car missing early Tuesday morning and his gun was also taken, according to a police report.

The man believes the woman he picked up and brought back to his apartment on Monday night is responsible for the thefts.

The vehicle was found by police Tuesday on Willis Avenue on Youngstown's South Side and towed to the police department.
