YMCA's three-part fall lecture starts Wednesday

BOARDMAN — The Davis Family YMCA’s free, three-part fall lecture series by Dr. Rachel Hoffman cover the following topics:

• “Dealing Effectively with Stress”: Wednesday, 6-7:30 p.m.

• “Seasonal Affective Disorder”: Dec. 11, 6-7:30 p.m.

• “Sticking with New Year’s Resolutions”: Jan. 15, 6:-7:30 p.m.

Dr. Hoffman is a clinical director at a behavioral health organization and an adjunct faculty member in the counseling programs at both Youngstown State University and Walden University.
