Two men shot in Castle Rock Avenue area

YOUNGSTOWN

Two men were injured in what police believe was a drive-by shooting in the Council Rock Avenue area on the city’s southeast side, near Lincoln Park.

The men were dropped off at St. Elizabeth Health Center shortly after the 3 p.m. shooting, but the driver sped away, police said. One of the victims is in critical condition; the other in stable condition.

Police are looking for a black Honda, possibly with numerous bullet holes in it, police said. The victims’ names were not being released as of 6 p.m.
