PHILADELPHIA

Earlier this month, High Twelve International installed James B. Parker IV as president at its annual convention. High Twelve is a Masonic version of the Rotary Club.

Parker is a member of many High Twelve Clubs, and he helped to found several of them. His home club is based at the Masonic Complex on Wick Avenue in Youngstown.

Parker retired from General Motors after teaching and project engineering for 43 years. He last worked in the Quality Department.

For Youngstown DeMolay, he was chapter adviser for more than 20 years, which was his favorite Masonic assignment, Parker says. He also worked with Ohio DeMolay as state director of Educational Services and state director of Youth Protection.
