Youngstown police investigating South Side shooting

YOUNGSTOWN — Police are investigating a shooting on Dewey Avenue on the city’s South Side early this evening.

Police said a victim was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center with a non-life-threatening injury.

There were no arrests as of 9:30 p.m. The suspect was reported as a black male dressed in black clothing.
