Man found with 28 bags of marijuana on him

YOUNGSTOWN

Police found 28 bags of marijuana on a man who was questioned for walking in the street on the North Side late Thursday.

An officer on patrol on Broadway Avenue about 11 p.m. spotted Marlin T. Black, 20, of Youngstown, walking in the middle of the street, which is against city ordinances.

When the officer stopped to question him Black was shaking and appeared nervous and he smelled like raw marijuana, reports said.

The drugs were found after he was searched and he was taken to the Mahoning County jail.
