Patsy Anne Zabel of Boardman is all smiles as she eats a Good Humor ice cream bar at Mahoning Valley Historical Society’s open house. Harry B. Burt, who operated a Youngstown confectionary, developed the chocolate-coated ice cream bar in the early 1920s.
