Warren home hit by arson a second time

WARREN

Eight days after an elderly Ford Street Northwest man reported that someone attempted to light his house on fire, the home was targeted a second time.

James Hamilton of 149 Ford reported that someone threw an explosive device through the front window of his house at 1:19 a.m. today.

The fire reported at 8:28 a.m. Sept. 4 damaged an exterior door.
