Beauty of Woods entries on display

Entries from The Beauty of the Woods photography competition will be displayed from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at the Gallery at Wittenauer’s Pharmacy, 122 S. Main St.

An awards reception will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday. Friends of Poland Forest sponsored the contest, and all photos were taken within Poland Municipal Forest.

Adult contest winners are Dana Nicholson of Boardman, first place and best in show; Roy Passarelli of Poland, second place; and Brigitte Flick of Poland, third place.

Winners in the teen division are Jordan Downie of Poland, first place; Sabrina Leonard of Struthers, second place; and Kayla Ammons of Cortland, third place.

Winners in the 12 and under division are Brianna Hall of Boardman, first place; Diego Calderon of Poland, second place; and Gabriella Calderon of Poland, third place.
