Art talks at Butler museum

YOUNGSTOWN

Louis A. Zona, director of the Butler Institute of American Art, 524 Wick Ave., will give a series of free art talks at 2 p.m. Sundays in the museum’s auditorium in Youngstown.

Here is the schedule:

Sunday: “Reinventing Space: Cezanne to Ellsworth Kelly”

Sept. 22: “Expressionism: Vincent Van Gogh to Julian Schnabel”

Oct. 27: “Realism: Giotto to Chuck Close”

Nov. 3: “Conceptualism: Marcel Duchamp to Bill Viola”

Nov. 10: “Sculpture: Bernini to Richard Serra”
