12 sworn in as new American citizens

YOUNGSTOWN — Visiting Judge Thomas Pokorny shared remarks and Mahoning County Clerk of Courts Anthony Vivo administered the oath of allegiance for 12 people who became U.S. citizens in a naturalization ceremony today in the county courthouse.
