Allan R. May, Cleveland author and organized-crime historian, will talk about his new book, “Crimetown USA: The History of the Mahoning Valley Mafia,” at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Warren-Trumbull County Public Library, 444 Mahoning Ave. NW.

The book describes organized-crime activity in Youngstown and the surrounding area from 1933 to 1963.
