Jay-Z sets concerts in Cleveland, Pgh.

Jay-Z’s upcoming North American tour will include a concert at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland on Jan. 8, and Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh on Jan. 21.

Tickets for both shows go on sale at 10 a.m. Sept. 12.
