Lutherans plan day of service

Trumbull County Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans will sponsor a Day of Service from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Sunday at Shepherd of the Valley’s Howland Greens Gardens with Trumbull County Lutheran churches.

The event celebrates the 25th anniversary of the formation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. The theme is “God’s Work — Our Hands.”
