Library Friends to resume meetings

BOARDMAN

The Friends of the Boardman Library will resume meetings on Sept. 9 in the community room. Refreshments will be served at 9:30 a.m., and the program will follow at 10.

Dr. Paul Sracic of YSU will be presenting “Japanese Politics.” Hostesses will be Mary Ann Elias, Charlotte Vitt, and Patricia Beede. Guests are welcome.

Donations of reading materials are collected on the first and third Saturdays of each month. Children’s books, especially, are in short supply.
