Julie Elizabeth Lazzara and Joseph Edward DeLisio exchanged vows at 2 p.m. July 13 at St. Columba Cathedral.

Monsignor Peter Polando officiated.

A reception followed at the Maronite Center, in Austintown.

Thomas and Georgean Lazzara of Boardman are the parents of the bride. Parents of the groom are Edward and Terri Fannon of Boardman and Joseph DeLisio of Chicago.

The bride earned a degree in journalism and public relations from Ohio University. She is director of communications for Teays Valley School District in Ashville, Ohio.

The groom earned a degree in finance from Youngstown State University. He is a salesman for Alternate Solutions HomeCare in Columbus.

After a wedding trip to Antigua, the couple reside in Grove City, Ohio.

The bride’s sister, Valerie Lazzara Mould, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jenna DeLlisio, the groom’s sister; Gina Palmer; Sara Ryan; Alissa Sahli; Gina Shorthouse; and Katie Sutton.

The attendants wore sangria colored gowns.

Todd Spencer performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Adam Bleggi; Dan Harmon; Joe Lazzara, the bride’s brother; Phil Patrick; Keith Redding; and Brad Zabel.
