Three arrested after assault claim

WARREN

Two 18-year-olds and a 28-year-old were arrested at 2:37 p.m. Friday at a house on Kensington Street Northwest after the resident reported that one of the three was a former foster child who brought two friends, broke down her door and assaulted her and two of her children.

The children are ages 20 and 19. None of the three required medical attention.

Cheri Kiser, 18, of Mehlo Lane, Youngstown; Atara R. Broadus, 28, of Tod Avenue Northwest; and Tyren Jethrow, 18, of Logan Arms Drive in Girard; were to be arraigned on charges today in Warren Muncipal Court.

Kiser was charged with domestic violence and aggravated trespass; Broadus was charged with assault and aggravated trespass; and Tyren was charged with burglary and assault. The burglary charge was the only felony.
