Anthony J. Quahliero Jr. has been hired as the funeral director and manager of Vaschak- Kirila Funeral Home in Youngstown and Kirila Funeral Home in Struthers. Quahliero has worked in the industry for 30 years. He attended Westminster College and Slippery Rock State College and graduated from Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. He is a licensed funeral director and embalmer in Ohio and Pennsylvania.

The Home Savings and Loan Co. of Youngstown has promotedSFlbChris DeRubba to loan originator. DeRubba joined Home Savings in 2011 as a personal banker at its Austintown branch. The bank also promoted Mark Bobbit to vice president and manager of special assets. Bobbit joined the Home Savings in 2004 and he has 25 years’ experience in the banking industry. Home Savings also announced the hiring of Brian Lippillo as a financial consultant.SFlbLippillo comes to Home Savings from PNC Bank.

Sam Morris was recently hired as project manager at iM Image Marketing in Canfield. Morris previously worked at iM as a marketing and content director. He most recently spent time working in the insurance industry. Morris is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a degree in business management. He is active in several community business organizations.
