Man had a concealed weapon at Sunoco station

Melvin White, 51, of Bane Street Southwest, Warren Township, has been charged with misdemeanor aggravated menacing, criminal trespass and carrying a concealed weapon at the Sunoco gas station, 805 W. Market St. at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Police were called to the gas station for an “unwanted subject.” They discovered found White with a folding knife and discovered he had warrants for his arrest. He was taken to the Trumbull County jail.
The gas station also was robbed Monday evening, and a 24-year-old man was fatally shot in the gas station’s parking lot early Saturday.
