Host Louie Free will helm a jam-packed day for Vindy Talk Radio from 8 a.m. to noon Oct. 31.

From 9 to 10 a.m., Dr. Ray Beiersdorfer and Lynn Anderson, proponents of the Community Bill of Rights in Youngstown, will face Atty. Alan Wenger of the law firm of Harrington, Hoppe and Mitchell, and Mark McGrail of the United Shaleowners of America to debate the proposed charter amendment on the Nov. 5 ballot in Youngstown and the overall issue of fracking. Audio is available for this segment here.

Come 10 a.m., Joyce Kale-Pesta, director of the Mahoning Board of Elections, William Binning, professor emeritus of political science at Youngstown State University, and Vindicator politics writer Dave Skolnick will look at what we can expect on Tuesday. Voter turnout, election trends, who’s voting and who will not. They'll talk about what voters can expect at the polls and when the votes will be counted.

Finally, from 11 a.m. to noon, Vindy editorial page editor Bertram de Souza and managing editor Mark Sweetwood will continue to chat with Prof. Binning. They'll share their prognostications of Tuesday’s election results. They'll discuss the bigger picture— What is the state of politics in Youngstown and in the Valley in 2013? What can voters expect after the dust settles?
