Pavlik's pretrial rescheduled

The pretrial hearing for former middleweight boxing champion Kelly Pavlik on a theft charge has been moved to Dec. 6 in Canfield Court.

Pavlik’s hearing was originally to take place Nov. 8. He accused of not paying a taxi driver a $25 cab fee after he was dropped off at his Canfield Township home in September.

Pavlik turned in a written plea of not guilty to the misdemeanor theft charge on Sept. 24.

His pretrial hearing will start at 9 a.m. Dec. 6.
