Niles man, 23, identified as Youngstown’s latest homicide victim

YOUNGSTOWN

Police say David Perkins, 23, of Niles, is the man who was found murdered at a 266 E. Hilton Ave. Home on the South Side Monday morning.

Perkins was identified after friends he was staying with in Youngstown were concerned that he had not returned home.

Investigators are tracking down leads, said Detective Sgt. Darryl Martin.
