YNDC, Chase Bank sponsor home-buyers' workshop Friday

YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corp. and Chase Bank have teamed to offer a free new home-buyer workshop from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday on the first floor of Chase’s Youngstown branch, 6 W. Federal St.

The “My New Home” public, two-hour workshop will focus on answering five key questions for prospective home buyers. They explore readiness for home ownership, preparation for loan applications, preparation for home shopping, finding and making an offer on a home, and steps following an accepted offer.
