Black Knights Police Association offers safe Halloween event Wed. at Wick Park

YOUNGSTOWN — The Black Knights Police Association will sponsor Safe Halloween from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Wick Park Recreation Center, 260 Park Ave.

Candy bags, refreshments and games will be offered. Prizes for costumes will be awarded by age group: toddlers to 5 years, 6 to 9 years, and 10 to 12 years. For information call Delphine Baldwin-Casey at 330-559-1927 or Officer Barbara Copeland at 330-717-5321.
