Easter Seals offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays in Columbiana and Mahoning counties for people 60 or older and their spouses (regardless of age). Reservations are required three days in advance. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Call 330-884-2513 to make reservations, for serving locations or to arrange for home-delivered meals for seniors who are homebound. Transportation is available by calling 330-884-2511. The program office is located at 299 Edwards St., Youngstown.

COLUMBIANA AND MAHONING COUNTIES

Wednesday, Oct. 30: Cheeseburger macaroni, peas, carrots, apple, bread, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk.

Thursday, Oct. 31: Barbecue pork on a bun, green beans, cubed redskin potatoes, unsweetened peaches, orange juice, Halloween cookie and milk.

Friday, Nov. 1: Pasta with meatballs, green beans, unsweetened pineapple, bread and milk.

Saturday, Nov. 2: Turkey with cheese, tossed salad, coleslaw, unsweetened fruit, orange juice, bread, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk.

Monday, Nov. 4: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed sweet potatoes, green beans, apricots, bread, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk.

Tuesday, Nov. 5: Manicotti with sauce, yellow squash, green peas, apple, orange juice, Italian bread, cookie or angel food cake and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers well-balanced meals at 12 locations in Trumbull County for people 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.50 per meal. To make a reservation or for more information, call 330-675-2486. Wednesday, Oct. 30: Porcupine meatball, mashed potatoes with sauce, diced carrots, wheat bread with margarine, tropical fruit and milk.

Thursday, Oct. 31: Chicken drumsticks, baked beans, potato spudsters, rye bread with margarine, grape juice and milk.

Friday, Nov. 1: Meatloaf with gravy, rosemary potatoes, peas, wheat bread with margarine, orange and milk.

Monday, Nov. 4: Tuna salad on a bun, potato salad, pickled beets, orange juice and milk.

Tuesday, Nov. 5: Mild rope sausage with peppers and onions on a bun, seasoned spinach, baby carrots, gelatin with fruit and milk.
