Magic of the Angels’ 27th annual Christmas event, titled “Christmas Around the World,” will take place at 6 p.m. Nov. 23 at Mr. Anthony’s, 7440 South Ave.

Mike Case, “WFMJ Today” anchor, will be the master of ceremonies.

A gourmet dinner will be served and dancing will be to the music of the Sensations. The evening will include the silent auction of decorated trees, designer pieces, gift baskets, collectors items and more.

Special silent auction items will include tickets to Nanette Lepore’s 2014 New York City fashion show; a Greenbrier Unlimited Golf getaway in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va.; a gourmet hors d’oeuvres home party by Michael Alberini’s Restaurant; a collection of Meeker Vineyard wines signed by Molly De Hetre Meeker, a Boardman native; and a private vault tour at the Butler Institute of American Art with a dinner reception.

This celebration will benefit Easter Seals of Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties and will feature the Building Tomorrows program of intense therapy for children with cerebral palsy.

Grand raffle tickets for a $3,000 holiday shopping spree compliments of Eastwood Mall Complex will cost $10 each and can be purchased by calling Easter Seals at 330-599-5568 or from members of Angels. The winner does not need to be present to win.

The Children’s Magical Tree will be decorated during the evening with $25 ornaments purchased by sponsors.
