BREAKING NEWS: Body found in Youngstown's Brier Hill

YOUNGSTOWN

Police and coroner's personnel are investigating a body found in a wooded area in the Brier Hill section of the North Side.

The man has no pants on and is lying in his shoes, socks and underwear at Worthington and Fleming avenues.

Detectives are on the scene. Witnesses said a city street cleaner found the body.
