Section of Norquest Blvd. in Austintown remains closed until Monday

AUSTINTOWN — Due to weather delays, Norquest Boulevard between Mahoning Avenue and Evans Road will remain closed through Monday for a culvert replacement, the Mahoning County Engineer’s Office has announced. The initial plan was to reopen the road Friday after a five-day closure.
