Jason and Kelly (Snyder) Cline of Wellington, Fla., are announcing the birth of a daughter, Mackenzie Leigh, on Sept. 25 at Wellington Regional Medical Center. Grandparents are James and Denise Snyder of Stuart, Fla.; James and Judy VanDam of Astor, Fla., and John and Delores Eckenrode of Youngstown.
