Montessori school hosts Saturday program

YOUNGSTOWN — The Montessori School of the Mahoning Valley will host “The Journey” from 8:50 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at 2008 Lynn Ave.

It is a unique and innovative process, allowing students’ parents to experience what their children experience – from the child’s perspective, school officials said.

Participants will move through the prepared Montessori classroom environments from the primary classroom through the lower and upper elementary classrooms and finally to the adolescent class.
