Annual wellness day Saturday at Howland yoga center

A Moment for Me Yoga and Wellness Center, 8309 High St., will have its third annual wellness day Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Spa services will be offered to promote health and wellness, including a chair massage with Tami Sermulka, reiki with Sue Burns and reflexology with Mary Brown. A drumming session with Dan and Pam Susany will take place from 4 to 5 p.m. Various products from relaxation greeting cards to items for your cat will be available to purchase. Cost for the wellness day is free, but spa services are $1 a minute.
