Pet Halloween fundraiser Saturday in Girard

GIRARD — The Bark & Meow’n the Park Pet Masquerade Ball will be noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at Tod Park, Park Avenue, off of Route U.S. 422 at Smithsonian Street.

It is a fundraiser for Children of Saint Francis Cadets for Pets. It costs a $5 donation for admission. Children are free. Awards will be given for best pet costume, child costume, and pet and owner lookalike. There will be free frozen yogurt and treats for pets and cake for humans.
