Kara Lawrence, Joshua Morgan announce wedding plans

HUDSON, OHIO

Kara C. Lawrence and Joshua P. Morgan, both of Hudson, Ohio, are announcing their engagement and upcoming marriage.

Miss Lawrence is the daughter of James M. and Janyce Lawrence of Boardman.

Phillip and Diane Morgan of Canal Fulton are the parents of the future groom.

The couple plan to exchange vows Dec. 21 at St. Dominic Church in Youngstown. An evening reception will follow in the grand ballroom at the Holiday Inn in Boardman.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Mercyhurst University and a master’s degree in reading and literacy from Marygrove College. She teaches first grade at Robinwood Lane Elementary School in Boardman.

Her fiancé earned a bachelor’s degree in economics at Ohio University and is a consultant for MarshBerry in Willoughby, Ohio. He is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and earned a Purple Heart while serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
