Boardman police arrest Youngstown couple on robbery charge

BOARDMAN — Boardman police arrested a Youngstown couple in connection with an aggravated robbery at the Splash and Shine Bath car wash on Midlothian Boulevard.

Mark Moody, 25, was arrested on an aggravated burglary charge, a first-degree felony offense.

His girlfriend, Gracie Rollins, 27, was also arrested for obstructing justice, a third-degree felony, and obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor.
